How do I know if you accept my insurance?

We'll contact your insurance company directly and let you know exactly what's covered, including any copays or deductibles. We work with most major insurance providers and are always adding new contracts.

What if I have a high deductible plan?

We understand high deductible plans can feel overwhelming. When we verify your benefits, we'll explain your deductible status and out-of-pocket costs clearly before your first appointment. Some families use HSA or FSA funds to cover speech therapy costs. We'll help you understand all your options.

Do you offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement?

Yes. If we're out-of-network with your insurance, we can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt with all the codes and information your insurance needs to process a claim. Many families receive 50-70% reimbursement from their insurance company when submitting superbills. We'll provide these after each session.

What is the Regional Center and does my child qualify?

North Bay Regional Center is a California program that provides services for children with developmental delays at no cost to families. Children ages 0-3 may qualify through the Early Start program if they show a developmental delay of at least 25% in one or more areas. We're a contracted Early Start provider serving Solano County families. Contact Regional Center directly at (707) 256-1100 or ask us to help you navigate the referral process.
